As Horeganefe, we are a company that produces plastic injections in Manisa organized industry. Horeganefe manufactures R&D, Design, Mold and Plastic Injection parts for the Hardware, Automotive and White Goods sectors. The 15-year experience of the management team in the sector has enabled business partnerships with global brands since its establishment. Unlike its competitors, Horeganefe gains a strong momentum by trying to gain a place in the sector with a different perspective.

If we summarize our different point of view; By focusing on the hardware sector initially, there are molds designed and produced by Horegan to complete the deficiencies in the sector with R&D studies, and it saves many companies from foreign purchases and gets the opportunity to become a business partner with less cost.

Having gained experience in producing plastic accents for automotive and sub-industry products together with the hardware sector, Horegan Efe has the vision to increase its innovative work while preserving its existence.

We present the production processes (raw material quality, weight, printing time, number of products) of our production line, which has a plastic product printing capacity between 120t and 320t, with a transparent production policy. We deliver the products with quality reports after all productions are completed. Our mastery of all processes provides us with sustainable quality and continuous improvement dynamics.

Traceability system is necessary for an effective and sustainable production. While providing efficiency, accuracy, visibility and reliability, it provides real-time information that can be shared with manufacturers, suppliers and customers at any stage of the chain. The most functional aspect is the process of accessing and recording all information so that it can be tracked retrospectively.

Thanks to this system, Horegan, who can take a quick decision to identify any input that can be improved in the production process, can save time, prevent the values to be scrapped, and take measures to prevent the problems that it has experienced from recurring.
